If you are a new patient to Aldinga Osteo & Co, you need to book an initial consult.
This first appointment may take up to an hour and you should arrive a few minutes early. The relevant forms can be completed via a link in your confirmation email (preferably) or at the clinic when you arrive early.
You should bring any relevant medical information including medication lists, medical imaging reports and other diagnostic health information.
Follow up appointments are 20 minutes. Please book a Long Consult should you need a 40 minute session.
Returning patients may book a Short Consult by calling reception or speaking with the Osteopath.
Those with a valid referral from their GP need to book a GP Care Plan appointment, which is 20 minutes. Please bring your Medicare and EFTPOS card for this appointment and ensure our clinic has your referral before you arrive.
We have HICAPS and merchant facilities at Aldinga Osteo & Co.
This means we accept EFTPOS, credit cards, Paywave/contactless and can process health fund rebates on the day in the clinic.
We offer $5 off your appointment fees when paying by cash.

The prices listed here are before any health fund rebates. Please bring your health insurance card to your appointment.
In a small study done over a 1 month period in the clinic, the average health fund rebate was 37% of the total treatment cost.
Please check with your health insurer for clarification as each one will vary.
If you have a GP Care Plan (referral for treatment supported by Medicare), Aldinga Osteo & Co only charge a $45 payment. You must bring your valid Medicare card on the day. Should you need 40 minutes, please book a Long Consult and your consult price is then $90.
Please respect all parties by providing a minimum 24 hours notice if you cannot attend your appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments may incur a $50 fee.
If you are sick and infectious, please schedule your appointment to a time when you feel better. Osteopathy can assist on your road to recovery but we don't want to infect others. If you are uncertain or government restrictions are in place, please wear a disposable mask to the clinic.
Sick Certificates and Employer Notifications
If you are absent from work, you may be eligible for an attendance certificate to cover this.
If there are workplace factors that aggravate a condition you suffer from, we may offer a letter of support to assist in improving these circumstances.
If you are injured at work and are claiming compensation, please organise your documents and have your insurer send them through to us for approval. Osteopathy is great at getting you back on track.
